The life of most of you may be going through a difficult period, and some may People's life is going through good times. But they should keep this thing in mind that whatever situation you are in, you can go many times further than that. All we need is to unlock our real potential. This is David Goggins, and according to people, he is the toughest man in the world. He has made a world record for doing maximum pullups in 24 hours. He did 4030 pull ups in 17 hours. He participated in the bad water race which is considered to be the toughest race in the world. And he ran continuously for 217 km. David Goggins has also been a navy seal and he has trained him about 3 times which is considered to be the toughest military training in the world. But he was not always like this. Earlier he looked very fat and weak. And in this video also we will discuss how his transformation happened.

ACHIEVEMENTS OF DAVID GOGGINS

David Goggins has had a very difficult childhood. Along with David Goggins and his mother, David's father used to beat and beat him daily, treating him in a very abusive way. David had to face racism since childhood, as he looked black. Once it happened that David along with his cousin went out for a walk in the city, when he was coming back on foot from there, then a car passed by on the way.

In which a white man sitting out came out of the window and said that how did these black people come here. David was now used to all these things. Because of this, he kept walking on the side of the road with his head bowed without reacting to it. But that car stopped going ahead and the white man sitting in it came in front of David with a gun. Pointing the gun in front of David, he again asked them that where are you black people from and how did they come to this city. Although David had faced these situations earlier as well. But he was facing such a situation for the first time, where someone was standing with a gun on his head. When David and his cousin did not answer anything, the white man left from there abusing them. Then David heaved a sigh of relief. But his confidence was completely over.

Friends, David wants that just as he has become an extraordinary person from a common man, similarly other people should be able to push their limits and achieve their higher level.

1. DO SOMETHING THAT SUCKS.


You should do something every day that makes you feel uncomfortable. David Goggins was an athlete. They say that along with physical strength, we also need mental strength. David says that if we do any such work which causes any friction on our skill, then our skill becomes tough and we start becoming expert in that work.

Just like when we tear our muscles in the gym, then gradually they start getting stronger.If we also want to make our mind tough, then we have to constantly put our mind in discomforting and painful situation. When you put your mind in discomforting mode, then a time will come when your mind will be used to it. Then you will not have pain in that kind of problems and discomfort and you will be able to handle that situation well.

2. 40% RULE


David Goggins believes that every man is using only 40% of his potential. Most people do not even know what they can achieve. Because he does not even touch the remaining 60%. David explains that when your brain is telling you that it is not just anymore, then only 40% of its energy has actually been used. And you still have 60% energy left.

Giving the example of a car, David says that a setting is done in all modern cars today, which is called a speed limiter. It is set up so that you can drive safely at work speed. If you turn off the speed limiter then you will know the true potential of your car. In the same way, what are your insecurities, your self doubts and your fears, all these are known to your mind, and it takes full advantage of it. And you have to behkata to give up soon. The only way to counter this is to push your limits and put your brain in uncomfortable situations. Then you can unlock your full potential.

3. THE COOKIE JAR


David Goggins says that whatever situation you are in right now, there is a cookie jar inside us, from this jar you will be able to remove such memories and experiences that will remind you of such a time when you must have got success by fighting with your problems.To use this method, you have to make a list of all your past success and achievement. And this list is your personal cookie jar. When you are going to do some difficult task and think of giving up your mind, then you can remove such memories from your cookie jar. So that you remember your achievements. Then these memories will give you the motivation to deal with your current problem.


4. THE ACCOUNTABILITY MIRROR


You have to stand in the mirror and ask yourself what do you think about the person whom you are looking at in the mirror.Write those thoughts and discuss them with yourself later.The special thing about this concept is that people perceive you in the same way as you see yourself.Then you will come to know about your strengths and weaknesses.Start working on what is your Weaknesses and celebrate what is your Strengths and use it as motivation.
